A Z table is a table showing the probabilities (areas) under the standard normal probability density. In what follows, Z repesents a standard normal random variable, z a real number (rounded to two decimal places in the tables). See these different versions: * Z table (cumulative) — P(Z < z), for -3.99 ≤ z ≤ 3.99 * Z table (mean) — P(0 < Z < z), for 0 ≤ z ≤ 3.99 * Z table (tail) — P(Z > z), for 0 ≤ z ≤ 3.99
