The book was written some time after Weegee became the ruler of the United 'Gees Galaxy. Because he was having a hard time managing all the Fakegees leaving the galaxy and founding their own universes galaxies, Weegee decided to create the book so he would have control over them. The Weegee-Pureegian Church was then founded by Weegee based on the principles of the book. To this day, Weegee is still the leader of the Weegee-Pureegian Church, though currently the church has several other leaders (paid by Weegee) to replace him.
