Dragan Cr is a reckless but skilled agent of the Sentinel. He was originally in the Earth Alliance elite army, but joined the Sentinel later after he met Copper on a trip with Reine and A'Award. He is rumored to have a crush on Chloe, and this makes Havok rather uneasy. (Dragan is from the graphic novel Kookaburra from Soleil Publishing.)
