The Cabinet of Hutori 3892, also known as the First Parker Ministry is the main branch of government of the Third Parliament of the Kingdom of Hutori following the assassination of Prime Minister Robin Goldsmith and a major cabinet reshuffle. It was formed by Prime Minister Janice Parker of the Alliance for Progress and Renewal and was a coalition with the Liberal League, the Conservative Party of Hutori and Choice.
