Neversfall is comprised of several buildings, most notably three towers, surrounded by a very skillfully made wall of large dark stones and strong mortar. The towers are made of the same stones, yet stand out slightly, the two smaller ones lean into the central larger one where the fortress' magical defense is kept in the topmost room which is sealed by magic. The other buildings, of wood and stone, include barracks, prisons, normal housing, a chapel and room for a market.
