Quite literally the bite of the Lôke-Khan's army, the Lôke-Gamp Rim were highly trained pikemen and swordsmen. Wielding nine foot pike and halberd hybrids, they were the infantry which would ensure that the men of Rhûn were never defeated by the horses of Rohan again. Their job in battle was to close with the enemy under the protection of the Dragon's Fire and pin them in position, making the enemy susceptible to envelopment and destruction. They relied heavily on their pikes to provide the protection they needed, keeping the enemy at a distance, and were therefore not as heavily armored as the other infantry in the Lôke-Khan 's army.
