Prerequisite: SorcererBlack Magician Path Features (11th Level): You can reach deep within yourself and draw upon your own life force, and the stolen life forces of others, to throw more power into your spells. Once per turn as a free action, just prior to using a sorcerer encounter power, a sorcerer daily power, or a black magician power, you can spend a healing surge, but you regain no hit points. Instead, when the power you use damages a target, you deal an extra 2d10 damage to that target. The type of the extra damage is the same as the type of the damage dealt by the power.
