Dorothy's voice is the sole antagonist of Play. She escapes while Dorothy the Dinosaur and The Wiggles are having a picnic. She will become queen of Wiggles World. Captain Feathersword found Dorothy's voice. Dorothy and the Wiggles chase the voice. Wags the Dog looks in the mirror and his reflection is giggling like Dorothy! He tells the Wiggles, but the voice escapes again.
