The unnamed Receptionist worked at the upmarket Malmesbury Hotel where Todd Grimshaw took Billy Mayhew for a romantic night in September 2016. While Billy and Todd were eating in the restaurant, the receptionist came to their table and confirmed that the booking was for one night in a double room, puzzling Todd who didn't know that a jealous Sean Tully had posed as Todd and cancelled the room out of jealousy but had then reinstated it when caught out by Eva Price.
