Caitlin Marie Delacourt (born April 12th, 1969) is the 3rd and current President of the New Helvetian Confederation, she is the first female president of the New Helvetia Confederation. She is a graduate of the University of Helvetia, she attended law school and became a private defender for the Helvetian Standard in 1995. She ran for the Helvetian Assembly in 2006, and eventually would run in 2012 for the Helvetian presidential election, 2012 winning by a close margin against Nationalist Robert Deport.
