Bobby the Chief Steward is a man assigned to Air Force One where his job is to make that all the foods that are brought to the plane are fit for consumption by the President and his staff. He made numerous appearances throughout the episode, the first being when he greeted President George Walker Bush and told him that the babybacks from Papa Joe's had arrived. Once Commander Ray Trapp had died from a mysterious illness, he and the two other Stewards were kept in the Press Cabin of Air Force One while the NCIS Major Case Response Team investigated the scene.
