Goody Two-Shoes was a derogatory term for an individual regarded as providing unwanted help, or who seemed too good to be true. In 1930, James T. Kirk and Spock were warned that the food they were partaking of at the Twenty-First Street Mission came at a price; having to listen to a lecture from "Goody Two-Shoes".
