Trannis is a planet in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. It is home to Gleedal and many exotic animals. Trannis was once a green and vibrant planet, but Plundor the Spoiler reduced it to a barren wasteland after taking power. He cut down the forests, polluted the rivers, and caused many of the animals to go extinct in order to extract the life force of the planet, which he distilled into a magical liquid of extraordinary value. His plans to sell it were thwarted by He-Man, who caused the rocket carrying the liquid to explode in the planet's atmosphere and restore the planet to its unspoiled state.
