Tsurai Mura was a village whose principle means of support was carpentry. They did not manage their resources particularly well, and the forest nearby had been gone. Their tradition of craftsmanship continued and the Unicorn Clan brought wood in for them to make into whatever was required. In 1169 the village was seized by the Lion Clan as part of the retribution for the Khan's Defiance.
