Ichigo learned to control his inner hollow the way Vizard showed him, he followed their example and they used only masks. It could be possible for him now to control his full hollow form. However when he was training with them he lost control, and when he was fighting Yammy he said that mask felt heavy. And at a time he's fighting Aizen and he didn't(for now) even used the mask. Maybe later on he will use it if he's capable, but only Kubo-san knows.This sounds like your asking whether Ichigo has a resureccion. and Nobody knows whether he does or not.
