Hadley was a citizen of the People's Republic of Haven and an enlisted soldier in the People's Marine Corps. In 1903 PD, Hadley was assigned to the PNS Saladin. After Code: Bounty Four-One was announced by Captain Alfredo Yu, Hadley went with Major Joseph Bryan and secured the boat bay. He left on one of the vessel's pinnaces. (HH2)
