The Eternally Luminous are a collection of sentient, quasi-mechanical neutron stars that patrol the cosmoses of the Omniverse in search of what they deem to be "inefficiencies". Having integrated themselves into the fabric of the Interdimensional Void, their bodies are more extensions of themselves than actual independent entities, though they continually refine these bodies with particle screens, Planck-scale barriers, and other exotic offense and defense systems.
