Rebecca Anne Francis (born April 9, 3480) is a Rutanian politician who served as the Chairman of her party's election committee. Francis has had extensive work in terms of coordinating elections and dealing with the media, having served as the communications director of the party and prior to that, an intern for several chairs of the committee.
