During Hellsing's investigation in Rio de Janeiro, the BOPE was deployed to eliminate both Alucard and Seras Victoria having been told that they are terrorists and were given shoot-on-sight authorization under the control of Millenium agent Tubalcain Alhambra. The BOPE team enters Alucard's room and shreds him with gunfire. Alucard however, simply regenerates and slaughters the unit, with one of them shooting himself in the head rather than face a painful death by Alucard's hand. Upon exiting his room, Alucard is attacked by the remaining BOPE members, as he proceeds to sadistically and brutally massacre them, he then killed the last BOPE members by impaling them on flagpoles. Their superiors were killed by Pip Bernadotte.
