The territory consists of all the original Everglades including the formerly higher "wet prairies" of Big Cypress. It's been steadily encroaching on Naples along the west coast and the cities of Ft. Lauderdale, Homestead, and Greater Miami on the east coast. Homestead could actually be completely subsumed, as it is so effectively surrounded that no Rafter can reach it.
