UT Commander is an antagonist in Resident Evil: Undead. He is the leader of the Undertaker Unit, a specialized group of humanoid B.O.W. models to remove incriminating evidence of Umbrella Corporation's wrongdoings. He was in fact Human, and thus the only one not cloned or programmed to kill.
