Magalan is an Elf Quest Giver that can be found at the Valley of Preparation, an academy located on the Elven Island. Magalan is the secretary of the academy, but her duties of late also include assigning new students to their masters. This additional duty actually belongs to Principal Kayfadeen, though he is known to leave the task in the hands of others to follow other pursuits.
