This apartment building is a location seen in Season 4 of AMC's The Walking Dead. After several months of surviving on his own, Philip Blake noticed a little girl in a window of an apartment building. He found the Chambler family residing inside, consisting of two sisters, Lilly and Tara, as well as Lilly's daughter, Meghan, and the sisters' father, David. Later, Philip discovered the upper floor of the building when he was sent by David to retreive a backgammon set. Upstairs he found a zombified Bill Jenkins and put him down.
