The Telepathy Alice (テレパシのアリスー Terepashī no Arisu) allows the holder to communicate with others through mental communication. It is a Latent Ability type Alice. The distance in which a holder is capable of communicating with another person is limited to the holder's power and control. If a Barrier Alice is in place, it is virtually impossible for the holder to communicate with others outside of the barrier unless the holder has more power than the holder of the Barrier Alice.
