Akodo Emon was a bushi of the Lion Clan who fought in the Battle of Oblivion's Gate, where he was tainted. He joined the Lost and became a follower of Daigotsu. Emon married another Lost, Hiruma Mayu. They were part of the founders of the City of the Lost, deep in the Shadowlands, where they had a son, Daigotsu Manobu. The couple were killed by nezumi of the Crippled Bone Tribe.
