Chapter 13 Chuang-Mu is the Chinese Goddess of the Bedchamber, and everything that happens within them such as sleep, sex, love, and childbirth. It was noon, and Ranma was still dead to the world. Akane had kept him awake late into the night for the most of the past month, “breaking in” the entire village. It seemed as if her adventurous streak was still there, if anything it was stronger than before. They’d done it everywhere, on the roof of their house, on the roofs of all their neighbors’ houses, in front of Cologne’s house, and in the village square. They’d wait until midnight or later to go out and find their next spot so that they wouldn’t get caught, but they soon found out that it was significantly harder to get away with it in a place where there was a standing guard.
