Rising Stars is an insert set in 2002 Ultra. The 15-card set highlights players who were in the major leagues and already making an impact. The set is partially paralleled by a game used hat set. The checklist is pretty complete for the young prospects in the game in 2002, except Derek Jeter who was already a well established star by then. The cards were inserted 1:12 hobby and 1:20 retail packs.
