Storm Crow is a Legendary Wizard Hat for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. This hat is unique in terms of both increasing damage of Lightning skills and adding an independent 'on hit' attack. The fireball launched by the Storm Crow is, in fact, the Arcane Orb of different color, dealing Fire damage. Its chance to be launched is 20-40% on any attack (regardless of its Proc Coefficient), but it also has internal cooldown of approximately 6 seconds.
