Gulliver's Shrinking Machine was a machine that Doctor Gulliver used that was equipped with a miniaturizing ray of his own design. It was transmitted over television and radio waves, and anyone listening to the radio or watching TV would be effected by the shrink ray, which would cause them to shrink. The machine was powered by a sapphire, which was placed in the crystal transformer; and thereby powered the device.
