Sinsemilla (pronounced "seen-say-ME-yah", and incorrectly spelled sensimilla or sensimillia is the Spanish description ("sin semilla" = "without seeds") for marijuana derived from a female Cannabis plant that has not been pollinated. This eliminates or greatly diminishes its seed content and greatly increases potency. "Sinsemilla" is sometimes incorrectly used as slang for any type of marijuana, along with "ganja", "herb", "weed" or simply "pot".
