Uticensis was a redpill and a member of the extremist branch of EPN, known as Libertas Verus. During 11.1.3, the Cypherites and other operatives managed to deactivate some code bombs that were planted by Libertus Verus, and defeated a number of the extremist memebers, including Uticensis.
