The Victory Races of Naboo was a friendly competition that was organized between the Naboo and the Gungans as a celebration for their victory over the Trade Federation's armies. The two contestants were Queen Padmé Amidala herself and Bombad General Jar Jar Binks. Grand Master Yoda had sent a skillful Jedi youngling to help the contestants prepare for the race.
