Nurse Donna W. Nemzek was a Starfleet crewman during the Dominion War. In 2374, a file from the USS Akagi reported Nurse Nemzek missing in action, while a file from the USS Zapata reported her killed. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight") Nemzek's name appeared on the casualty list display seen on a computer readout in that episode. It is unclear which of the above was her home station, if any, or if she had a possible relationship with listmate Commander David Nemzek.
