The Bibliography section of this Layout Guide should be updated to reflect the new status of the Encyclopedia. In particular, the sentence beginning "However, since Encyclopedia entries are subject to modification at any time" is no longer true. This guide also advocates the use of the {{Title}} tag, when another policy page gives several reasons {{DISPLAYTITLE}} is preferable.
