The Barony of Zivonik was one of the original Manticoran peerages. The Zivonik family was among the first settlers on the planet Sphinx. When the Manticore colony was transformed into the Star Kingdom of Manticore, they became a noble family. Lord Aleksandr, the first Baron Zivonik, did not take the position very seriously and did not insist on being addressed as a nobleman. (SK1)
