Jeroen Kustermans (b. September 27th 1981 in Tienen, Belgium) is a retired Belgian forward who played almost exclusively for IHC Leuven. Kustermans was a regular member of the Belgian National Team, playing in every DII World Championship with them from 2001 to 2008. He retired in 2008.
