Highness Duke Org Rasetsu (ハイネスデュークオルグ ラセツ Hainesu Dūku Orugu Rasetsu) is the final Highness Duke to be awakened, a hermaphrodite with a mass of mouths which speak in both male and female voices. He referred to himself as the "Prince of Despair".
