This jutsu causes Black Lighting to bath over Hayatos body, and literally have Dragon of Black Lighting jump off him and go attack whatever he instructs him. This dragon while most fired in a linear fashion, does have the ability to bend and contort its body to target its prey.. although this does take away from the hits hitting power
