He and his wife were also the original Creators and Founders of S.T.A.R. Labs which he and wife were originally planning to open up and run together in Central City. Also he and his wife were originally suppose to be The Creators of The Particle Accelerator that would of been activated in the year 2020. However all of is would change for him in a flash by the actions of one man named Eobard Thawne.
