It is a brown leather shoe (or black and white in the 3DS version) that is exclusive to Nintendogs: Dachshund & Friends and French Bulldog and New Friends. It can be found during walks randomly and it sells for $6 at the Secondhand Shop in the DS version. It sells for $14 in the 3DS version.
