Brother Gelf was a quiet unobtrusive mouse at Redwall Abbey who was known for never speaking out. He was very good friends with Brother Weld and helped him with various chores around the Abbey. Brother Gelf was the inventor of a weapon that was comprised of window poles and pepperbombs and helped retaliate against Raga Bol and his vermin. Brother Gelf was a minor character, nothing else is known.
