Alta Dilley (née Post: 21 May 1864 - 10 November 1974) was an American supercentenarian who is currently pending. She was born in Cortland, Ohio as the daughter of Moses and Elvila Post. She married her husband Elmer Dilley in Trumbull, Ohio on 24 April 1895. The couple had no children. She was widowed in 1931 and moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1952. Alta Dilley died in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 10 November 1974, aged 110 years, 173 days.
