Moah is a green alien who slightly resembles Medamatcha from Lord Slug. He appeared in Dragonball Z Movie 8, Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan. He is seen telling his master, Paragus, that he is afraid because the comet is getting closer to New Vegeta and will soon crash into it.
