Acaila was a leader of the Eldar of Kelewan. He is the first person Pug met in Elvardein. Macros the Black warned them that a 'likely student' will appear to them, that is Pug. He and the other eldars is responsible for Pug's education during his stay for a year. They did not teach him magic but rather, they begin a spell and let Pug sit and watch until he could join them.
