He also has master's degree in Analytical Calculus from Chicago University and a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from Cal Tech. When KAOS and CONTROL compete for his services and Maxwell Smart and Siegfried have presented their best (and worst) arguments, he finally chooses the side "she" (99) is on because "she's a knockout!"
