The Meson Beam Stabilizing Regulators became an important mediation substance for the Meson Cannon, because it was considerably difficult for the Meson Cannon to irradiate a continuous beam every time the cannon fired. Because of the possible consequences of this disadvantage, a new system was developed, which meant shutting in the large energy proton with an acid designated “Large Energy Charged Particle Condenser”, and was the central technology developed to provide a solution. It can be installed between Atmos Ring and the Meson Cannon and it will reach the point where the Atmos Ring can create a positive adolescent beam and generate a large energy proton beam. The Meson Cannon is not the beam of pulse condition, but the extent continual discharge, which is visible in the cylinder shape
