Atsuko Kagari is a well-known student witch suffering from down syndrome. She attended Clown College, but was shot by a school shooter when she thought that everyone screaming meant that someone was throwing a party. She was sent to a hospital in critical condition, but was picked up by Pettibones and taken to a baseball game. (She didn't actually go to a baseball game)
