Big V is a long-nosed Muppet monster who ate Kermit in the classic "Inchworm" sketch, performed many times on variety TV shows, including "The Jack Paar Show" (1964), "The Tonight Show" (1965), and "The Ed Sullivan Show" (1966). The sketch was performed again in a "Muppet Show" episode but with Gorgon Heap taking Big V's role.
