Racial abilities were to be abilities, similar to perks in other Fallout games, that every race would have had in Interplay's Project V13. As Interplay has lost the Fallout MMO license as a result of the Bethesda v. Interplay court case, it is unknown if these racial abilities will appear in the game should it ever resurface.
