Rappy Fan Fan (Japanese: ラッピーファンファン), also localized as Rappy Fan in the South East Asian version, is a rare talis that can only be equipped by members of the Force and Techer classes. Its hidden potential, Wings of Fortune, has a fixed chance of nullifying damage based on the potential's ability level. Rappy, the rare form of Nab Rappy, is the only monster that drops this weapon if it is level 26 and above. If Rappy changes into a seasonal variety, it will drop other unique items instead.
